What being a Salon Assistant Salon Manager at Sage&Oak Salon looks like

Do you naturally love to bring the good energy, enjoy making others feel comfortable, and organization/systems make you excited. This role is made just for you. Salon experience is not necessary, but we are looking for someone with hospitality and high-end customer service experience. As the assistant salon manager you will be managing daily operations, inventory management & elevating the clients experience. This position is currently for part time, with the option to go full time. During the training period and early months of the role, part time (up to 32hrs a week) is what's needed. Just to be as transparent as possible we wrote a detailed list of the job description below. Daily operations

Answering salon phone, responding to salon text messages Responding to salon new client request forms Opening/closing salon depending on shift times Help set up / take down when we host salon EDU Help decorate the salon Help support stylist when busy and IF you have down time (ex
  • fold towels, wash cups, or put clean dishes away Inventory management
  • Order low inventory Cross check to make sure order(s) are correct Restock when low Elevating clients experience
  • You are most likely the first person the client sees when they walk into the salon.
You will greet and check them in. Check if the client would like a refreshment (drink, snack, ect) ⁃Ring up product if stylist needs help.
