Overview We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and friendly candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, for our staff, and providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations and assisting back of the house operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail, spa, salon, and hotel front desk is a plus, as you will be interacting with customers and assisting with various inquiries. Responsibilities Staff management : Leading, training front desk, and motivating a team of spa professionals, including therapists and receptionists. Operational oversight : Supporting the spa leadership team, managing daily operations, which can include scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, monitoring staff performance, creating staff schedule, adjusting and communicating staff schedule according to the business demand, and resolving customer service challenges. Maintaining standards : Ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment. Greet and assist customers as they enter the facility, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Managing in-house guests, use of the computer, make appointments through the spa software, and maintain cleanliness at the front desk. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties. Assist in merchandising and stocking products to maintain an organized display. Provide product demos to customers, showcasing features and benefits effectively. Upsell products where appropriate to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using POS systems. Support supervisory staff by overseeing daily operations at the front desk and back of the house. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the operation/spa, which includes, taking out used laundry and replacing them with new, folding the laundry, sweep/mop/vacuum, clean locker rooms, and other areas of the spa. Ensure compliance with retail math principles for accurate pricing and inventory management. Skills Previous entry level leadership role is preferred. Interpersonal skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and providing a calming presence. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly. Familiarity with retail sales processes, including upselling techniques and product knowledge. Basic math skills for handling transactions and performing retail math calculations accurately. Ability to schedule and coordinate appointments effectively when required, fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members. Expected Schedule & Pay Range:

Pay Range:
$22-$25 (DOE) This is a Part Time position that requires to work on the weekends (especially Sundays).
Important:
We are looking for a reliable candidate who are open to work on the weekends. Shifts can be anywhere from 3 to 5 days a week from 0-30 hours per week.
