Spa Manager | Shaped Body & Skin Lounge Shaped Body & Skin Lounge is looking for an experienced, motivated Spa Manager to lead our San Francisco location. We are a fast growing body and skin studio specializing in lymphatic body sculpting, facial sculpting, and advanced skin treatments. We are looking for someone who loves the beauty and wellness industry, thrives in a high volume environment, and knows how to create an exceptional client experience while keeping a team organized, motivated, and accountable. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable managing people, reviewing numbers, solving problems, and stepping onto the floor during a busy day. What You'll Do Lead and support the day to day operations of the studio Manage, coach, and develop front desk and service provider teams Maintain a high standard of client experience and hospitality Monitor studio performance, including bookings, rebooking, memberships, retention, and sales Set goals with the team and hold employees accountable to performance expectations Drive membership growth and help reduce membership cancellations Manage scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing based on demand Handle client concerns and resolve issues professionally Oversee opening, closing, cleanliness, inventory, and overall studio presentation Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development Conduct team meetings and employee check ins Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, and the client experience Work closely with ownership on studio goals, promotions, events, and growth initiatives Ensure Shaped standards, protocols, and policies are consistently followed Who We're Looking For 2+ years of management experience in a spa, med spa, beauty, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or other high volume service business Experience managing and developing a team Strong understanding of sales, memberships, retention, and client service Comfortable working with KPIs and using numbers to make decisions Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Confident handling difficult conversations with both clients and employees Warm, polished, professional, and hospitality focused Proactive and able to solve problems without needing constant direction Comfortable working in a growing business where systems continue to evolve Experience with a membership based business is strongly preferred Experience with Mangomint or similar booking software is a plus Schedule This is a leadership position that requires flexibility based on the needs of the studio, including some weekend availability. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
