This leadership role is responsible for supporting daily restaurant, bar, and room service operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, motivates team members, and is passionate about food, wine, and outstanding guest service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist in the daily supervision of restaurant, bar, and room service operations. Support the achievement of sales, service, and profitability goals. Maintain high standards of guest service and respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, concerns, and complaints. Provide leadership, guidance, motivation, and day-to-day support to restaurant team members. Assist with employee training, scheduling, workflow, performance development, and recognition. Maintain visibility and accessibility to both guests and team members throughout service. Monitor restaurant, bar, room service, public areas, and outside grounds and communicate maintenance or operational concerns to the appropriate departments. Monitor inventory levels, supplies, equipment, and established par levels. Participate in monthly inventories and assist with accounting and operational reporting. Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, presentation, pricing, wines, champagne, and other beverage selections. Develop and maintain knowledge of the winery, its wines, and the food and beverage industry. Ensure Food Handler and LEADS documentation remains current and compliant. Assist team members with daily job functions to ensure seamless and efficient guest service. Identify operational challenges and take appropriate corrective action. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the Company Appearance and Dress Code policy. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Director.Benefits
