Job Summary We're seeking a motivated and experienced Spa & Salon Supervisor to lead our team, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive growth through strong leadership, exceptional guest service, and smart business practices. This role is ideal for someone who is both people- and performance-driven with a passion for wellness and beauty. Key Responsibilities Operations & Guest Experience Oversee daily spa/salon operations to ensure a smooth, elevated client experience Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming spaces Address client concerns and feedback with professionalism Team Leadership Hire, train, and coach staff for success Build a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture Conduct regular team meetings and check-ins Scheduling & Efficiency Manage team and client schedules to ensure proper coverage Monitor appointment flow to optimize efficiency Inventory & Retail Track, order, and restock retail and professional products Promote product knowledge and retail sales among staff Marketing & Social Media Lead content creation and community engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Encourage team to contribute service-related content Respond to online inquiries and comments in a timely manner Support local marketing and collaborations Financial & Business Performance Monitor sales trends and performance metrics Assist in setting and achieving revenue and service goals Use POS system and analytics tools to identify opportunities Standards & Compliance Ensure all spa policies, protocols, and health regulations are followed Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a salon/spa or wellness management role Strong leadership and communication skills Guest-first mindset with a commitment to five-star service Detail-oriented and highly organized Skilled in scheduling, POS, and business software Experience with social media content creation and engagement Comfortable reading financial reports and tracking KPIs Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) plus quarterly bonuses Complimentary facials, tanning & product discounts A creative, supportive, and empowering team culture Opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking brand To Apply Please submit your resume and a short note about why you're a great fit for Glow.
