We are seeking a dedicated and service-focused professional to oversee daily spa operations and help create a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable guest experience. In this role, you will support the team in delivering exceptional service, maintain smooth front-of-house and treatment area operations, and help uphold high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day spa operations to ensure a seamless guest experience Support, coach, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and coordination of daily workflow Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve service concerns promptly and professionally Monitor treatment room readiness, cleanliness, and overall spa presentation standards Work closely with leadership to support service excellence, retail performance, and operational goals Help train new team members on spa procedures, guest service expectations, and property standards Maintain accurate records related to appointments, inventory, and daily reporting as needed Promote a calm, positive, and professional environment for both guests and team members Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, sanitation, and operational procedures Qualifications Previous experience in spa, hospitality, wellness, or luxury service environments Supervisory or team lead experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment Experience handling scheduling, service recovery, or daily operational support is a plus Comfort working with reservation systems, point-of-sale tools, or similar software High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining premium service standards Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
