Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking guests in/out Managing spa bookings and cancellations Selling retail products Processing transactions and handling payments Maintaining a clean, welcoming spa environment The ideal candidate has a passion for the spa industry, strong customer service skills, and a professional, personable approach. Weekend availability is required.
