Part-Time Spa Coordinator Location:

Delamar Hotel & Spa - Greenwich, CT Delamar Greenwich, a luxury hotel and spa destination, is seeking a Part-Time Spa Coordinator to join our exceptional team. We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional individual who is passionate about the spa and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all spa guests with warmth and professionalism Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Schedule and maintain spa appointments and process cancellations Promote and sell retail products to enhance the guest experience Handle monetary transactions and operate POS system Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming spa environment

What We're Looking For:

A personable and customer-focused attitude Passion for the spa/wellness industry Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work weekends and holidays as required Previous experience in hospitality or spa reception preferred, but not required
