An amazing opportunity! A Best of Connecticut Award winning Spa is seeking a Spa Director We are looking for a talented individual to oversee all aspects of luxury spa management at the G Spa and Salon at Foxwoods. This is a 20,000 sq. ft. full-service facility featuring 12 massage, esthetic and body treatment rooms, hair and nail salon and as well as a full fitness center, lap pool, saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily spa operations to provide a seamless customer experience
• Provide superior leadership with integrity, professionalism and accountability
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Managing Spa Sales and Business Growth
• Managing Spa Operations and Budgets Lead and supervise all spa operations, including staff management, guest services, and facility maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery
• Recruit, hire and train qualified employees, including educating and coaching staff to exceed goals.

Conducting Human Resource Activities Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related major
• Minimum four years of proven managerial experience in a fast-paced spa/salon, service, hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong expertise in spa operation, recruiting, team development and performance management
• Excellent interpersonal communication and strong customer service skills
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively work with and manage a diverse staff
• The capacity to work with a team as well as independently is critical.

$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
