The candidate has to be a licensed cosmetologist and preferably has a manager license as well, is a strong leader with a background in hospitality management who can motivate a team while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily spa operations and staff scheduling Lead and support spa therapists Ensure outstanding guest service and handle client concerns Comfortable with social media posts and interaction Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment Drive revenue through spa services and retail sales Checking clients in and out Requirements Holds valid DC cosmetology license Strong leadership and customer service skills Excellent communication and organizational abilitie Speak fluent
