Our goal is to provide the utmost salon experience from the beginning of every visit to the very end. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of services, booking, and processing time. Must be able to ask clients the correct questions to ensure the proper booking. Must have impeccable customer service and hospitality skills.

Responsibilities include:

Duties include: Providing excellent service to clients/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients/guests upon arrival. Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area. Assists in administrative tasks including filing, and data entry of client records and post in Instagram. Assists in maintaining cleanliness and restocking retail area. Various duties as assigned by Management.

Experience:

Customer service and sales experience preferred. Professional manner, discretion, and appearance. Ability to effectively communicate with artist on booking appointments. Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment. Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management and creative staff.
