Job Summary:

The Spa Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the spa's front desk. This role involves scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, answering calls and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the spa.

Qualifications:

Proficient computer skills including using POS system(s), Microsoft Outlook and Word, Chrome, Firefox. Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. Wed:

9:15am•7:15pm

Fri:

2pm-7:15pm Sat•9:15am•6:15 pm (only every 2nd or 3rd Saturday)

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay $16.00 per hour. Any extensive relevant experience or certifications will be taken into consideration. Discounts on spa products and services. Uniforms provided. Training provided in a professional and supportive environment.
