Spa Manager

DayDreams , a local, family-owned day spa, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Location Manager to lead our team of about 15 professionals. We're passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences and creating a positive work environment. Position Overview:

As the Location Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience and staff have the necessary tools to provide that experience.

You will:

Manage personnel and keep day to day operations running smoothly. Coordinate staff training and development to ensure high service standards. Deliver outstanding customer service and help maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere for guests. Step in to cover the front desk when needed, such as during employee absences. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all company procedures and policies are followed. Lead, motivate, and manage the spa's team of 15 staff. Promote and sell retail products to enhance the guest experience. Greet clients and maintain professional, friendly interactions with all guests. Coordinate daily tasks and schedules to ensure smooth operations.

Position Requirements:

Prior experience in spa, gym, salon, hotel, or hospitality management is essential. Strong HR and personnel management background. Ability to work evenings and weekends. A passion for customer service and the hospitality industry. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Team-oriented mindset, focused on growth and success.
