This position is expected to run the day-to-day operations of the spa. Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and answering inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Manage phone systems, answer calls promptly, and direct them efficiently to appropriate departments or personnel Handle appointment scheduling using booker and mindbody management tools, ensuring optimal client flow and timely service delivery Maintain front desk operations by managing filing systems, updating client records, and performing clerical tasks such as proofreading and data entry Support office management tasks including organizing supplies, managing correspondence, and assisting with administrative duties as needed Provide support for spa maintenance, laundry, membership sales, spa promotions, and social media promotions Experience Previous Spa management or Customer service experience is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clientele effectively Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Clerical experience including filing, typing, proofreading, and calendar management is advantageous Experience in personal assistance or front desk roles will be considered a plus This paid role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their administrative expertise while immersing themselves in the vibrant world of wellness services.
