We are looking for someone who enjoys the beauty industry, knows how to lead a team, and can create an exceptional experience for both our clients and employees. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, sales-minded, comfortable managing a fast-paced salon environment and fully bilingual to support our clients. What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of the salon and ensure a professional, welcoming environment. Lead, support, and motivate salon technicians and staff. Coordinate employee schedules and help ensure appropriate coverage based on appointments and business needs. Monitor appointments, client flow, cancellations, and overall salon productivity. Deliver excellent customer service and assist with resolving client concerns. Help drive salon sales, client retention, rebooking, and overall revenue growth. Manage employee performance, attendance, punctuality, and compliance with salon expectations. Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members. Ensure salon areas are clean, organized, properly stocked, and ready for clients. Monitor supplies and inventory and coordinate ordering as needed. Manage and maintain POS system to ensure accuracy and proper utilization. Maintain accurate records and complete basic administrative and operational tasks. What We're Looking For 2+ years of salon, beauty, spa, retail, hospitality, or similar management experience preferred. Previous experience leading employees. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to motivate a team and hold employees accountable. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with scheduling/POS systems and basic computer applications. Sales-oriented with an understanding of client retention and relationship building. Professional, positive, dependable, and hands-on leadership style. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends as needed. Compensation & Benefits $21.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience.
