Responsibilities Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling appointments, overseeing staff performance, and maintaining a smooth workflow Lead and motivate team members by providing mentoring, training, and ongoing support to enhance their skills in hair styling, coloring, extensions, barbering, makeup application, and sanitation practices Ensure exceptional customer service by engaging with clients professionally, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized beauty solutions Utilize salon software such as square for appointment booking, client management, and sales tracking Oversee inventory management of hair care products, tools like straight razors, hair extensions supplies, and other salon essentials Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations and cosmetology licensing requirements Drive revenue growth through upselling services and retail products while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and retention Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with strong knowledge of hair care, coloring techniques, hair styling, and barbering Proficiency in salon management software such as square or similar platforms Excellent communication skills for effective client consultation and team collaboration Deep understanding of color theory to assist with hair coloring services Ability to mentor staff on technical skills including hair extensions, makeup application, sanitation procedures, and customer service excellence Strong organizational skills to manage store operations efficiently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously Knowledge of industry standards for hygiene and safety to uphold a clean and professional environment Join our team as a Salon Manager where your passion for beauty meets leadership!
