Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure an outstanding client experience. In this role, you will oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, and uphold our high standards of service. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain operational excellence, and foster a welcoming environment for both clients and team members. Duties Supervise daily salon activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members with a focus on employee orientation and training Manage scheduling and shift assignments Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and merchandising to maintain product availability and presentation Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication skills Implement sales strategies and manage retail industry sales team efforts to meet revenue goals Maintain accurate bookkeeping, cash handling, POS system operation, and inventory control records Experience Proven management experience within retail or service industry environments, preferably in beauty or salon settings Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership development Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling procedures, retail math calculations, and sales management strategies
