We are seeking a Salon Concierge with strong managerial skills, business sense, passion, sales ability, who is highly detail-oriented and charismatic. This is a full-time position, offering 32-38 hours per week, with a set schedule after training. Responsibilities:

Uphold and elevate our stellar reputation delivering exceptional customer service. Provide a warm and professional experience from the time guests arrive to the time they leave. Handle transactions, promote products and sales, and contribute to our profitability. Manage appointments and confirmations through phone, text, and email. Actively sell products and assist in closing product sales for stylists. Demonstrate genuine care for our guests, team members, and salon as a whole. Encourage guests to invest in packages, memberships, and gift cards. Help maintain a spotless salon. Inform clients about our services, products, and special events. Upsell additional salon services.

Skills:

Exceptional communication skills (verbal, phone, email) for top-tier customer service. Proficiency in handling office equipment, printers, and POS systems. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Point of Sale software. Familiarity with transaction processing. Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities. Ability to remain composure in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting is preferred.
