Responsibilities Lead and motivate the salon team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals Manage daily operations including scheduling, shift management, and inventory control Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff to ensure high performance Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain excellent client relationships Monitor retail sales, retail math (calculations related to pricing and profit margins), and merchandising strategies Conduct employee orientation sessions to align team goals with company standards Maintain accurate payroll records, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping documentation Implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients and promote salon services Requirements Proven management experience in a retail or service environment, preferably within a salon or beauty industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop team members effectively Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, POS systems, purchasing, and retail sales strategies Experience with cashiering, cash handling, budgeting, and retail math calculations Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills Knowledge of customer service best practices and phone etiquette Familiarity with employee recruiting, interviewing techniques, and training & development processes Organizational skills to oversee store merchandising, stocking, marketing efforts, and store management functions Join us as a Hair Salon Manager where your energy fuels success!
