Salon Manager - The Lash Lounge Miami-Dadeland The Lash Lounge Miami-Dadeland is a high-end eyelash extension salon seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Salon Manager to lead the location, grow revenue, develop the team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is comfortable holding a team accountable, meeting sales goals, training employees, resolving guest concerns, and stepping in wherever needed to support daily salon operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the salon team in achieving monthly revenue, membership, retail, rebooking, and guest-retention goals. Take direct responsibility for meeting the salon's membership sales and overall revenue targets. Train, coach, and motivate the front desk and stylist teams on sales, memberships, consultations, rebooking, retail products, and guest communication. Track employee performance and provide ongoing feedback, accountability, and development plans. Help team members grow professionally by identifying training needs and providing consistent coaching and support. Sell eyelash extension memberships and confidently explain membership benefits to guests. Educate clients on retail products, aftercare, service upgrades, and the benefits of maintaining a consistent lash schedule. Follow up with guests regarding their services, appointments, satisfaction, cancellations, and membership inquiries. Create and manage weekly stylist and front desk schedules based on business needs. Cover front desk shifts and assist with staffing gaps, call-outs, and schedule changes when necessary. Ensure all phone calls, text messages, voicemails, online leads, and guest inquiries are answered promptly. Ensure appointments are booked correctly and all required deposits are collected. Process sales transactions accurately using salon POS and scheduling software. Resolve scheduling conflicts, service concerns, customer complaints, and other guest issues professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, lobby, retail area, and restroom. Monitor salon supplies, back-bar products, retail inventory, and operational needs. Complete inventory counts and place approved orders in a timely manner. Assist with salon promotions, local partnerships, pop-up events, and community outreach. Maintain compliance with salon policies, service standards, sanitation requirements, and The Lash Lounge brand expectations. Communicate regularly with ownership and provide updates on sales, staffing, memberships, guest concerns, and overall salon performance. Qualifications Previous management or leadership experience required. Minimum 2 years Strong sales experience required, preferably in membership sales, beauty, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or a service-based business. Proven ability to meet sales, revenue, or membership goals. Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to coach, train, motivate, and hold employees accountable. Comfortable working with POS systems, scheduling software, sales reports, and client transactions. Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills. Must be dependable, professional, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends based on salon needs. Must be willing to cover shifts and assist the team when staffing needs arise.
