Job Description
Responsibilities:
Arrive on time, dressed and ready to represent the image that reflects our luxury salon atmosphere Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere Manage salon reservations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with stylists and other service providers and staff members Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing timely, efficient and satisfactory resolutions Maintain salon cleanliness and organization, overseeing daily tasks such as reception/retail area cleanliness, inventory management, and restocking retail shelves and supplies Process salon transactions, including cash, credit card, gift card handling and maintaining accurate records Assist other front desk staff, ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service Collaborate with our leadership team to develop strategies for business growth and customer retention Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to assist clients with their inquiriesObjectives:
Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and positive environment for clients Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness within the salon Maximize salon revenue by actively promoting and upselling salon services and products Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and preferences Foster a cohesive and motivated front desk team through effective communication and team workQualifications:
Previous experience in a salon or spa environment helpful, preferably in a front desk or customer service role, but not necessary we will train you Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor Proficient in using salon management software and computer systems Knowledge of or passion for beauty industry trends, products, and services Flexibility to work evenings, weekends (no holidays)Earning Potential:
The first year earning potential ranges between $22,000 and $37,000+ per year, depending on experience and performance.
