Complimentary onboarding package including: 50-minute Signature Massage 60-minute Signature Facial 60-minute Sauna Session Ongoing benefits include: One complimentary signature service per month 20% discount on additional services (membership pricing) 15% discount on all retail products Key Responsibilities Ensure all guests experience Gaia Spa's standard of excellence in customer service Assist the General Manager with daily spa operations Lead, train, and support front desk receptionists Drive membership sales, follow up on leads, enrollments, and cancellations Upsell spa services and memberships with professionalism and integrity Oversee opening and closing procedures Process payments and ensure accuracy of daily transactions Maintain cleanliness and service standards throughout the spa Restock, log, and manage inventory accurately Ensure all client information is properly recorded in company software Communicate daily updates and operational needs to management Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members Qualifications (REQUIRED) ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality management or supervisory role ✔ Experience with membership sales and client retention ✔ Experience handling cash, payments, and daily transactions ✔ Strong multitasking and organizational skills ✔ Excellent communication and leadership abilities ✔ Comfortable resolving client concerns professionally ✔ Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems ✔ Fluent in English (Spanish preferred but not required) ✔ Well-groomed, professional, energetic, and client-focused ✔ Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Additional Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Reliable transportation to Weston, FL (33331) Ability to work on-site (this is not a remote position)Job Type:
