Duties include retail sales and inventory control, spa service scheduling and support, cash drawer maintenance, administrative tasks and light housekeeping. Coordinators may participate in promotional programs and marketing initiatives. This is a permanent full time position. Scheduled shifts include AM/PM and weekends.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attitude:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to educate Natural Body clients and create retail sales
• Proficiency in computer based POS, scheduling and inventory control systems
• Career oriented, professional, team player
• Flexible work schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays

Reporting Path:

The coordinator reports to the Lead Coordinator/Spa Manager and Director of Operations.

Hours per week:

20-29: Part-Time 30-35: Full-Time Spa hours: 9am - 9pm, every day Coordinator must be able to work in our Alpharetta location.
