Perfect Distraction Hair Gallery is looking for an experienced Salon Manager/Lead Stylist to run the daily operations of our salon and guide our team of stylists. The right person will need to be a licensed cosmetologist with at least 3 years of salon experience, strong leadership skills, and great attention to detail. We're looking for someone who can stay professional and keep the team's needs in mind. As the Lead Stylist/Salon Manager, you will make sure the salon runs smoothly every day. You'll lead by example, deliver excellent service, and share ideas to help the business grow. Responsibility:

Lead monthly team meetings to assure team members are aligned with the salon monthly and weekly quotas Supervise team members to encourage and motivate team members to make sure they are fully engaged and are intentionally working towards their goals. Serve your team by assisting the team with guest services and accomplishing task throughout the salon. Lead by example and create a culture with high energy and high morale. Observe team members behaviors and address misconduct and provide proper documentation of observed behaviors Monitor the application of the safety standards of the salon and legal regulations Motivate, inspire and encourage your team to reach their Key Performance Indicators, perfect their skillset and grow within the brand.
