Salon Coordinator Phenix Southeast LLC Atlanta, GA Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Operations management Filing Administrative experience Driver's License Full Job Description We are an innovative boutique salon suite franchise offering luxurious, spacious salon suites for independent salon professionals. We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations at two of our metro Atlanta locations. The successful candidate will travel regularly between the two sites and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, strong tenant relationships, and a clean, professional environment at each location.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate who embodies strong leadership qualities and exceptional interpersonal skills. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. A valid driver's license is required for regular travel between locations.

Responsibilities Daily Site Operations Oversee daily site operations at both locations, including property maintenance and tenant relations, to ensure smooth functioning. Conduct site tours for current and potential licensees. Operate and manage company platforms used for suite management and licensee communications. Order, review, and approve supply purchases. Implement local store marketing initiatives. Perform a variety of cleaning tasks on a regular basis. Tenant Relations Support tenants with needs related to rent, payments, and account status. Assist tenants with on-site maintenance needs, including basic troubleshooting before escalating to a vendor. Maintain positive, professional relationships with tenants to ensure a high-quality experience and professional community environment. Communicate important updates, policies, and facility information clearly and in a timely manner. Administrative Duties Complete weekly reporting on tenant rent status for both locations and provide a clear plan of action for any delinquencies. Schedule vendors, coordinate maintenance appointments, and ensure on-site projects are completed and reported to upper management. Oversee facility upkeep and submit monthly reports detailing maintenance, cleanliness, and operational needs for each location. Maintain accurate administrative records, including data entry, filing, and documentation of facility activities. Skills Excellent customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and experience in client relationship management. Ability to effectively manage property maintenance operations, with a preference for facilities management expertise. Strong administrative skills encompassing data entry, filing, office management, and record-keeping. Proficient in conflict management, capable of handling sensitive situations with diplomacy. Efficient multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with handyman tasks (not mandatory). Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with willingness to travel regularly between two metro Atlanta locations.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
