We are currently seeking an experienced and communicative Store Manager to lead our West Des Moines location and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and management of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Set and achieve sales and service goals; enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and team morale
• Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Conduct market research and analyze local competition; propose marketing and promotional strategies
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to uphold our reputation
• Manage inventory, equipment, and financial records; control operational costs
• Implement company policies and standards; report regularly to headquarters Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a spa, massage, or beauty-related industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to lead, recruit, and train staff
• Familiarity with spa operations; experience in market research or marketing is a plus
• Basic knowledge of financial and inventory management
• Self-motivated, responsible, and flexible to work weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications
• Licensed massage therapist or esthetician preferred
• Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus
