We are looking for a strong, revenue-driven Spa Manager who can lead the team, increase bookings, improve systems, and drive sales performance. What You'll Be Responsible For Leadership & Operations Oversee daily spa operations Manage staff schedules and performance Maintain a positive, professional team culture Ensure exceptional client experience from consultation to checkout Sales & Revenue Growth Drive monthly revenue goals Train team on upselling and package conversions Monitor KPIs (bookings, retention, average ticket value) Handle high-value client consultations What We're Looking For 2+ years experience in med spa, aesthetics, salon, or beauty management Strong sales and closing skills Experience managing staff Comfortable with performance tracking and revenue goals Highly organized and detail-oriented Professional, confident, and solution-focused You'll be highly prioritized if you have: Background in skincare or aesthetics Opportunity Competitive base pay (DOE) 10% commission Friendly working environment Employee treatment perks This is an opportunity for someone who wants income growth tied to performance.
