What You'll Do As Spa Manager, you'll be the leader of the spa and the first point of contact for both our team and our clients. You'll work alongside ownership to help grow the business while creating an exceptional experience for every guest and every employee.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing team Creating a positive, supportive, and accountable workplace culture Delivering an exceptional client experience every day Hiring, training, and developing team members Driving membership growth, retail sales, and business performance Monitoring daily operations and ensuring the spa runs smoothly Using business metrics to identify opportunities and celebrate wins Resolving client concerns with professionalism and care Building strong relationships with clients and the local community
