This is more than managing daily operations—you'll take ownership of your clinic's performance, develop a high-performing team, and create an environment where employees and clients thrive.

• Lead and inspire your team of front desk associates, massage therapists, and estheticians through coaching, recognition, development, and accountability.
• Drive business growth by owning key performance goals including membership sales, retention, service hours, guest growth, retail, and skin care.
• Create an exceptional client experience that builds relationships, loyalty, and long-term wellness.
• Build a positive, high-performing culture where employees feel valued, expectations are clear, and great work is recognized.
• Own clinic operations , including staffing, scheduling, performance management, inventory, client resolution, and overall clinic standards.
• Lead from the front by being visible, engaged, solutions-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Use the numbers to drive action —identify opportunities, set goals, coach performance, and hold yourself and your team accountable for results. You'll thrive in this role if you're:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
