We are looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven, and highly organized Assistant Salon Manager to support our daily operations and ensure our team delivers flawless service every single day. Job Summary As the Assistant Salon Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with the Salon Owner to lead a dedicated staff of licensed stylists, massage therapists, estheticians, and nail technicians. You will be the heartbeat of the front-of-house operations, ensuring the spa floor runs smoothly, managing client relationships, driving retail sales, and supporting staff performance.

Key Responsibilities Daily Operations:

Oversee front desk coordination, appointment scheduling, and guest greeting protocols to maximize booking efficiency and flow.

Team Leadership:

Support training, coaching, and motivating a team of 20+ service providers, fostering a positive and cohesive salon environment.

Guest Relations:

Provide elevated customer service, handle high-end client inquiries, and resolve guest concerns with grace, professionalism, and speed.

Sales & Inventory:

Drive product sales goals by educating guests on our high-quality organic retail lines and monitoring inventory levels.

Quality Control:

Maintain the highest luxury standards of salon cleanliness, sensory presentation (lighting, soundscapes, beverage service), and administrative efficiency. Qualifications & Skills 1-2+ years of management or team lead experience, preferably in a premium salon, luxury spa, high-end hospitality, or boutique retail environment. Passion for the beauty and wellness industry; a cosmetology or aesthetics license is a major plus but not required. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly on the floor. Tech-savvy, experience with Meevo software is preferred but not required. Strong schedule flexibility, including weekends and evenings, to match the operating hours of our high-volume luxury business.
