Job Description

Salon Manager & Lead Nail Artist (Base Salary + Profit Sharing) Lily Luxe Naperville, IL Job Details Full-time From $50,000 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Profit sharing Health savings account Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Professional development assistance Retirement plan Tools provided Qualifications Nail care Salon software Salon experience POS systems Full Job Description Job Overview We are the owners of a fully operational, established nail salon looking for an ambitious, highly skilled Nail Technician to take over the day-to-day operations. We are acting strictly as silent financial backers. This is a rare opportunity for a talented artist who wants the financial upside of running a salon without the personal financial risk of signing a commercial lease or buying equipment. Having an existing, operational salon is a massive advantage. It makes this opportunity much more attractive to top-tier talent because they are walking into an active business rather than starting from scratch. Since you are hiring them as an employee with a profit-sharing bonus (rather than giving them legal equity upfront), you need to be careful with your terminology. Avoid using the word "Owner" or "Partner" in the job title, as this can create legal confusion. Instead, use titles like "General Manager & Lead Artist" or "Salon Operator." Here is exactly how to structure the job post and where to put it. 1. The Job Description Template You need a posting that clearly explains the unique financial upside of this role.
