This job is ideal for a cosmetology student who is in school or someone freshly out of beauty school. We are hiring someone who has a salon background but is willing to train the right candidate. Summary As a Salon Assistant, you will be integral to delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the overall salon experience. Reporting to the Salon Manager, you will utilize your core skills in hair styling, sanitation, and communication to assist clients and maintain a welcoming environment. Your premium skills in salon software and color theory will support daily operations, while relevant skills in retail sales and makeup application will further enrich client interactions. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and addressing their needs. Assist in hair styling and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed.
