is looking for a hardworking, dependable Assistant Spa Manager / Wellness Specialist who wants to take ownership, help people, and grow with our business. This position is designed for someone who can grow into a Manager role. We're looking for a person who wants more responsibility over time and can become a trusted right hand to ownership. This is a hands-on position—not just a front desk role. You'll work directly with clients performing wellness treatments while helping oversee the daily operation of the center. What You'll Do Perform wellness treatments including HBOT, cryotherapy, lymphatic compression, PEMF, NanoVi, red light therapy and other services Create an exceptional, caring client experience Manage scheduling, check-in/out and daily treatment flow Educate clients about services, memberships and packages Help oversee staff and keep the center running smoothly Help maintain treatment rooms, supplies and inventory Identify what needs to be done and take initiative without waiting to be asked Help solve day-to-day problems and communicate with ownership Take increasing responsibility for center operations as you grow into the role Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is mature, focused, organized and genuinely enjoys helping people. You should be the type of person who stays productive even when things are quiet, notices details others miss, takes pride in your work, and likes being someone others can depend on. Experience in wellness, spa, hospitality, fitness, healthcare, aesthetics or management is a plus, but work ethic, reliability, initiative and willingness to learn matter most. Pay:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 14.0 - 23.0 per week
