We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, sales-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day salon operations.

Responsibilities include:

Managing daily salon operations Payroll and commission tracking Employee scheduling and shift coverage Inventory tracking and product ordering Training and developing new and current employees Interviewing prospective employees Ensuring all new-hire paperwork is completed and submitted Handling customer service issues, account problems, and escalated complaints Responding to emails and checking salon mail Assisting with salon marketing and promotions Monitoring sales goals and employee performance Ensuring cleaning products and operating supplies are fully stocked Maintaining a clean, professional, and organized salon Enforcing company policies and procedures Leading by example and maintaining a high level of customer service What we're looking for: Management or leadership experience required Tanning salon management experience strongly preferred Strong sales and customer service skills Excellent organization and communication skills Ability to train, motivate, and hold employees accountable Professional appearance and attitude Reliable transportation Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the salon, lead the team, stay organized, drive sales, and make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
