Even Keel Wellness Spa is looking for a Spa Manager to oversee our daily operations, lead our team, and drive the continued success of our Columbia location. What You'll Do As our Spa Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

Operations:

Oversee all daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and train a team of talented therapists, estheticians, and support staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Growth:

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including marketing campaigns, promotional events, and integrating new services.

Finance:

Work with ownership to manage the spa's budget, track revenue, and ensure financial health.

Customer Experience:

Ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience, monitoring performance metrics and maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating. This is a full-time position that requires working evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the spa. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

Salary:

Starting at $55,000 annually.

100% coverage of a Bronze Level health plan.
