The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible and accountable for achieving sales targets while providing an exceptional level of customer service. This location is in a highly desirable market, and the position has tremendous growth potential in the next 12-36 months.

The Assistant Spa Manager position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate the ability to SELL!
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations
• Initial and ongoing training of front desk staff relating to sales
• Responsible for Spa conversion rate
• Achieving financial results
• Ability to coach and mentor staff relating to sales goals
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
• Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line

Position Requirements:

• Retail/ sales experience (management experience preferred, but not required)
• A passion for people and sales
• High level of enthusiasm
• Knowledge of Millennium software (preferred, but not required)
