Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Spa Manager to help lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our spa for the evenings and weekends. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position while also enjoying direct guest interaction and front desk responsibilities. The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, managing staff performance and scheduling, and driving overall business success. In addition to leadership duties, this role actively supports front desk operations—greeting guests, coordinating appointments, handling phone and online bookings, processing transactions, and resolving guest inquiries with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing management responsibilities with day-to-day operational support. A strong presence in the Spa and at the front desk is essential to maintaining a seamless and elevated guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery and consistently high-quality guest experienceSupervise, train, and support front desk staff, including scheduling, performance management, and team developmentMaintain exceptional service standards across all guest touchpoints, from arrival to departureProvide hands-on front desk support, including greeting guests, managing bookings, answering phones, processing payments, and resolving inquiriesAssist in managing inventory and supplies.

Ability to hold employees accountable to Spa's guidelines and expectations, providing performance management when needed.

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong client satisfaction and retentionThis role participates in our MOD program, you will have the responsibility of taking an MOD at least once per month.
