Innkeeper Manager For Our 6 Room Inn at Marys Land Farm

We are looking for an innkeeper who has a passion for healthy farming and cooking farm-to-table breakfasts! This position requires the ability to help guests enjoy an experiential part of farm life and pamper them as well. Candidate must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to oversee both the guest experience and the management of the Inn. Job description & requirements: Management of on-site staff to maintain the condition and cleanliness of the property on a daily basis. Management of the kitchen for breakfasts. (no public restaurant onsite) Management of parties and cooking classes on the farm Oversight of guest experience including reservations and guest arrival. Computer skills a must; Social media skills a plus. Weekends and holidays required. Resident of Maryland - or willing to relocate for the job. Live-in opportunity possible
