+ Monthly Performance Bonus We are looking for a proactive, dependable, sales-driven Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our nail spa. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, organization, and helping a business grow. Responsibilities Check customers in and out Explain services, promotions, and special offers Actively recommend upgrades, add-ons, and higher-value services Help increase salon revenue through strong sales and customer communication Coordinate appointments with our remote sales/reception team Help manage customer flow and front desk operations Collect supply needs and assist with ordering Support promotions and special events Take basic smartphone photos/videos for the marketing team Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, ChatGPT, and other business tools. Must be a quick learner and able to adapt to new systems easily. Perform light cleaning and help maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready salon environment Occasionally support other salon locations when needed Requirements Strong interest in sales and upselling Excellent communication and customer service skills Quick learner Organized and dependable Proactive and able to work independently Comfortable with technology Able to multitask in a busy environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable taking basic smartphone photos/videos Experience in salon, spa, retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or assistant management is preferred. Knowledge of nail services or previous experience in the nail/beauty industry is a plus. Compensation $18/hour base pay

+ Monthly Performance Bonus Performance bonuses are based primarily on sales performance and contribution to salon revenue , along with reliability, customer service, follow-through, and overall job performance.
