$50,000 to $55,000 per year TherAnnu Restorative Spa is opening a new location in Odenton, and we are looking for a confident, hands-on Spa Manager to lead the team and help build a thriving center from the ground up. TherAnnu is a physical therapy-led restorative wellness concept offering massage, physical therapy, assisted stretch, advanced recovery services, and restorative spa treatments—all under one roof. About the Role The Spa Manager will oversee the daily operations of the center while creating an exceptional experience for both clients and employees. This is an active leadership role for someone who enjoys developing a team, driving membership growth, solving problems, and being present in the day-to-day business. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable Deliver an exceptional client experience from check-in through checkout Drive membership sales, client retention, rebooking, and revenue growth Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Manage staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and facility presentation Address client concerns professionally and promptly Manage inventory, supplies, and routine operational needs Conduct daily team huddles and maintain clear communication Work closely with ownership to successfully launch and grow the Odenton location What We're Looking For Previous management experience in a spa, wellness, fitness, hospitality, healthcare, or membership-based business Strong leadership and team-development skills Comfortable discussing memberships and guiding the team toward sales goals Highly organized, dependable, and proactive Warm, polished, and client-focused Able to handle difficult conversations and solve problems calmly Comfortable working in a growing business where priorities may shift Available to work evenings and weekends The Ideal Candidate You are a natural leader who knows how to balance accountability with encouragement.
