The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams effectively within a retail environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive operational excellence while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Manage inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste Supervise retail sales activities, providing guidance to staff on best practices for customer service Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within the retail sector, preferably as an Assistant Manager or similar position Strong background in customer service with the ability to resolve issues effectively Experience in team management, including supervising staff and conducting performance evaluations Proficient in cash register operations and inventory management systems Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and drive improvements Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us as we strive for excellence in our operations and create an exceptional experience for our customers! Approximately 25-30 hours per week, flexible on the days and shifts, but must be able to work a minimum of 3-4 days per week until 7:30pm (M-F) and 6:00pm (Sat.)
