Salon Coordinator

About the Role This is not a traditional front desk position. This role is responsible for leading the flow, energy, and overall experience of the salon floor . You will be the point person for keeping the day running smoothly, supporting the team, and ensuring the space is consistently prepared and elevated. If you prefer a slower-paced, sit-down desk job, this is not the right fit. What You'll Be Responsible For Salon Flow + Client Experience Greet and check out guests with professionalism and warmth Manage scheduling flow and front desk operations Handle client concerns or issues with confidence and care Daily Readiness + Standards Ensure the salon is fully set up for the day Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated environment at all times Oversee proper closing so the next day starts smoothly Team Support Assist with small but important details (restocking, light prep, keeping things moving) Support stylists and service providers during busy periods Operational Awareness Help maintain inventory levels and organization Keep an eye on what the salon needs before it becomes an issue What We're Looking For Someone who naturally takes ownership of their environment Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills and professionalism Positive, team-oriented mindset Ability to anticipate needs instead of waiting for direction Availability Requirements Must be available for some evenings (Tues/Thurs) Must be available for Saturdays (full or partial shifts) Bonus (Not Required, But a Plus) Previous salon or spa experience Social media/content experience Experience in customer service or hospitality environments Why You'll Love It Here Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to take on real responsibility and grow within the role Fast-paced, engaging workdays (no sitting around) Be part of a business that values quality, systems, and client experience To Apply Please submit your resume along with a short note about: A time you took initiative to improve something in your workplace.
