Licensed Salon Manager / Front Desk Coordinator Giifti Hair Luxury Hair Studio is looking for a Minnesota-licensed Salon Manager to join our growing salon. This is a great opportunity for an experienced beauty professional who enjoys the salon environment but may also be interested in a management/front-desk position.

Position Responsibilities:

Serve as the salon's licensed manager Help oversee daily salon operations Welcome and check in clients Answer calls and assist with booking appointments Help maintain an organized and professional front desk Support stylists and salon operations throughout the day Assist with maintaining salon standards and required compliance Help create a positive, luxury experience for clients

What We're Looking For:

Current Minnesota Salon Manager license Professional, reliable and organized Friendly and comfortable working with clients Strong communication skills Experience in the beauty industry Management or reception experience is a plus

Schedule & Compensation:

Flexible schedule. Compensation will be discussed based on availability, experience and responsibilities. There may also be an opportunity for a licensed beauty professional who would like to provide services in the salon in addition to management/front-desk responsibilities.
