We are seeking an experienced, motivated Spa & Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations across our luxury wellness spa and boutique cannabis dispensary/holistic retail store. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys leading a team while maintaining high standards.

What You'll Do:

Manage day-to-day operations for both the wellness spa and dispensary Lead, train, and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer experiences Oversee retail sales, inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness Ensure compliance with Minnesota cannabis and retail regulations Maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere Support events, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives Communicate with ownership on performance, needs, and improvements

Retail, hospitality, spa, or dispensary management experience Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Ability to handle compliance, cash handling, and inventory Interest in wellness, holistic health, or cannabis preferred Reliable, professional, and confident decision-maker
