We take pride in what we do and what we have to offer to our clients. We are looking for outgoing, sales driven, responsible leaders to join our team! You have the opportunity to earn commission, make an extra $1 per hour, and make monthly bonuses. Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, retention and team building Lead by example providing excellent client service by greeting clients, building relationships with clients, selling memberships, and retail products Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly Responsible for generating productivity reports, monitoring payroll, bank deposits, inventory and ordering salon supplies Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts Maintain professional and impeccably clean salon environment for staff and clients

Qualifications:

High school diploma, or equivalent Customer service experience One or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends Proven customer service experience Polished professional appearance Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail and organization Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day Proficiency in generating membership and product sales goals Excellent trainer, motivator and leader
