Key Responsibilities:

Guest Care:

Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude, provide salon tours, and manage appointment checkouts.

Scheduling:

Assist guests with booking reservations and pre-booking future appointments to maximize service provider schedules.

Sales:

Inform guests about current promotions and recommend retail products and add-on services to enhance their experience.

Salon Appearance:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, retail shelves, and waiting/processing areas during downtime. Café &

Bar:

Assist with café and cocktail service as needed, including working independently in the café/bar area. Learn and stay knowledgeable about the café and cocktail menu.

Qualifications:

Experience:

1+ year in a salon or customer service role preferred.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with solid time management.

Attitude:

Positive, proactive, and patient when handling challenging situations.

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable using salon software.

Additional Requirements:

Interest in learning the café and cocktail menu Ability to support and work independently in the café/bar area Food Handler's Card required within 30 days of employment Must be 21 years of age or older
