Closing shift (4:00pm-9:30pm)Fridays:
Closing shift (2:30pm-9:30pm)Sundays:
Closing shift (2:30pm-9:30pm) Paid weekly! Responsibilities Greet clients and assist with the check-in and checkout process Provide friendly, professional customer service and communication Book, organize, and coordinate appointments Help maintain a clean, stocked , organized, and relaxing spa environment Support massage therapists by setting up add-on supplies and cleaning add-on tools Confirm appointments and assist with client follow-up Help promote rebooking offers to clients Light admin notes + documentation Follow studio policies, procedures and assist with maintaining a smooth daily operation flowPreferred Experience:
Spa, massage studio, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred.Job Type:
