Job Summary The office manager serves as the first point of contact for employees, provides exceptional customer service and administrative support, able to navigate all admin roles within the clinic. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing client functionality, payroll, KPI's, growth and goal setting, staff morale, managing all staff, and ensuring smooth operations for the entire office. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle numerous tasks, multiple high priority items efficiently. Ideal candidiates are dependable, honest, outgoing, and self-motivated with excellent communication, customer service, and strong leadership skills. Duties May assist with front desk duties. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes. Manage/assist with phone systems to handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, scheduling appointments, etc. Provide excellent customer support by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems to ensure efficient office operations. Utilize computerized systems for booking management and guest information updates. Assist with administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, managing schedules, and coordinating with other departments. Management of staff- clocking in/out, payroll monitoring, disciplinary action, hiring, and more. Client experience management. Uphold organizational standards by maintaining a clean and orderly front desk area. Experience Previous experience and knowledge with medspa management is required. Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role is preferred. Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is advantageous. Proficiency in administrative tasks is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to guest relations, employee managing, and an unwavering commitment to providing outstanding service and growth in a dynamic, busy, high revenue, and elevated environment.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
