Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are implemented, functional, and adhered to consistently. Anticipate guest needs. Daily opening and closing responsibilities of the spa. Support Spa Manager and Director in any administrative tasks including, sales reports, staff performance tracking, coordinating promotions as well as facility maintenance. Conduct and support ongoing educational opportunities for associates, including daily line ups. Assist in communication between all departments that is necessary for the day to day operations to be successful. Attend meetings as required Ensure guest satisfaction. Resolve any guest issues or concerns that may arise. Communicate any guest or associate concerns to the rest of the management team.QUALIFICATIONS
High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years supervisor experience in a spa setting preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Position requires walking and standing most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
