Job Summary We are hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Manager to join our elegant Day Spa. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong sales abilities, and a passion for the wellness industry as well as hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a professional and motivating work environment. Hours Tuesday and Thursday 8:00pm - 4:00pm Wednesday, Friday and every Saturday 9:00am - 5pm Responsibilities Support and perform day-to-day operations of the Spa. Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Manage client scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently using our POS system. Oversee Team schedules in alignment with business needs. Monitor spa facilities to ensure a safe, clean and professional environment. Respond to Clients and Staff concerns with professionalism, escalating when appropriate. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about spa offerings and promote sales. Assist in maintaining stock levels of products and supplies, ensuring the spa is well-equipped at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring all payments are processed correctly. Manage and maintain cleanliness and organization of the whole Spa. Address client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally over the phone, in person or email. Train, coach and motivate spa associates to achieve performance and service excellence. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in Managing of Spa or Salon. Maintains a professional appearance & demeanor. Ability to work as a Team and work independently. Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills with Clients, Staff and Owners. Expertise in handling cash and credit card transactions and maintaining accurate records. A passion for wellness, beauty, or spa services is essential. Ensure that guest information is accurately entered into the computer system and kept confidential. Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area and retail displays. Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Coordinate with other spa staff to ensure a smooth operation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
